Tips for parents and teachers

Questions from grown-ups

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Only countries big enough to tap on a phone screen are used.

Why are Medium and Hard the same here?

Tiny countries are left out so every country can be tapped, which means the two levels use the same set of countries.

Is there a way to practice first?

Try Learn & Explore for flashcards, or Which Country Is This?, where kids pick the name of a country shown on the map.

Is this an interactive world map game for kids?

Yes. You hear a country's name and tap it on a world map you can zoom.

Can kids practise one continent?

Yes. Pick a continent before starting, or All Continents for the whole world.

Is it free? Does my child need an account?

Yes, it's free, with no sign-up, login, or download, and it never asks for personal details. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets, and computers.
