World Adventure
Travel the world one country at a time! Visit each country, learn its flag and capital, and fill your passport with stamps and stars.
How the adventure works
- Pick a continent. Its map shows where you've been, and three countries are open for your next stop.
- Choose one and fly there: a plane follows the route across the map.
- Read the postcard, or tap 🔊 to hear it: the country's flag, its capital and a fun fact.
- Play two mini-games, then collect the stamp, up to 3 stars and a souvenir. Finish a leg for a medal.
Questions from grown-ups
- What are the mini-games?
- Each stop picks two from six: pick the flag, pick the capital (one of these two is always included), which colours are on the flag, find the country on the map, a 4-card memory flip and a flag jigsaw.
- Can children who can't read yet play?
- Yes. The postcard is read aloud and the mini-games are mostly pictures and taps, so young children can travel with a grown-up nearby.
- Does my child need an account to save progress?
- No. The trip is saved on this device and under a random travel code (like TIGER-MANGO-CLOUD-42) that appears after the first stop. Type the code on any other device to keep playing. There's no name, email or password, and nothing personal is stored.
- What happens after a wrong answer?
- The right answer is shown and the visit continues. Every finished stop earns at least one star, and Try again goes for all three.
- How many countries are there?
- All 195, on six continents. Each continent is split into three legs: famous countries, explorer and expert, each with its own medal.
- What are souvenirs?
- Every country visited adds a souvenir to the suitcase on the World Adventure page: the country's own emoji, like 🗼 for France, or a pin of its flag.
- Is it free?
- Yes. No sign-up, no download, and it runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
